Programs & Services

In partnership with Junior Achievement of Northeastern Wisconsin (JA), students are provided with a nationally recognized financial education curriculum. This is an impactful partnership because many young Latinos find themselves carrying financial responsibilities at a very young age, but often don't have access to resources like JA to build essential skills and confidence in managing finances.

We believe financial education should reflect the cultural identity of our community. Our programs are designed to be culturally relevant and accessible, featuring content that resonates with Latino values and experiences. Local volunteer leaders and professionals support these efforts by sharing their insights, ensuring that learning is meaningful and applicable to real-life situations.

 Topics will include budgeting, saving, investing, and understanding credit. Our goal is to prepare our youth to make informed financial decisions, fostering independence and economic stability that can lead towards building generational wealth.

Students can earn a scholarship award of up to $200 through successful completion of the program. In addition, a certificate of completion from Junior Achievement can be used as a resume builder or strengthen a college application.
